His Soul Has Left His Body
This panoramic photo fail is so realistic that you might think it was an intentional image at first glance. It could easily be the photo used to announce someone's passing as it is both witty and of good quality. However, it was not intentional and was actually just meant to be a nice photo of someone at the beach. Sadly, he was too distracted by a rock to maintain his position long enough, and things got messy.
Everything about the placement of this photo and the blurred, ghost-like background image of the man himself scream that it is a death announcement, but alas, it is not.
Her Arm Became the Longest Selfie Stick in the World
Selfie sticks are probably the perfect example of modern-day life. It would have been unthinkable a few decades ago to desire an extended stick that would allow people to take better photos of themselves. This woman, with the help of panoramic photography, managed to turn her arm into the world's longest selfie stick. Just look at it! It extends for what seems like yards! The least you can hope for is that she got a nice picture.
After all that arm-stretching, it would be a crime to see that the picture didn't even turn out. At least she got a funny version of the picture as well!
The Horse With No Body
And here you are presented with example number one of the squished/smooshed victims of the panoramic camera. This horse, presumably, was entirely whole and complete before the camera did its dirty work. And look at the end result! This horse is all face and back end - and nothing at all in between. Is this also a result of the horse moving at bad timing, or was this just the photographer's fault?
This poor, elegant creature has been reduced to a smooshed version of itself. Just look at the power the camera has on this poor creature; it is unrecognizable!
Have You Ever Seen a Baby Centipede?
Have you ever seen a baby centipede? Do you know what that would look like? We have a gut feeling it'd look something like this. These silly parents made the mistake of using the panoramic feature on their phones while trying to capture a picture of their new baby crawling. What was the end result? They were left with a baby that looked a lot more like a centipede than a baby.
It is unclear if the amount of legs is more disturbing in this photo or if it's the pudgy, elongated body. You almost want to throw away this picture and never look at it again, but then again, keep going back for more.
Everybody's Worst Ocean Fears
This picture looks like it comes directly out of the scene of a horror film. From the disturbingly brown-colored waters to the most disturbing of all: the boat that appears to be falling right off the face of the earth. If there are any flat earthers out there, they will probably be thrilled to use this picture as proof of their theories. If it weren't for the double boat engines, they might get some people to believe them.
The people in the boat look very calm and completely unaware of the doom that is awaiting them. They are just sailing off into the abyss and right off the face of the earth.
The Floating Head and Legs Went Hiking
Perhaps he was not in good enough shape when he started out on his hiking journey, but it appears that this man reached the top of the mountain just a shadow of the man he used to be. He probably started out as a full-bodied adult, and he ended up with just a head and two legs. At least he still had his head and eyes to enjoy the stunning view!
You can see on his face the feeling of defeat. He is hardly even excited to reach the top of the mountain, considering what he lost along the way.
Getting a Little Handsy There
Perhaps one of the most disturbingly graphic of the panoramic photo fails, this one is sure to leave you laughing. At first glance, things look pretty disturbing (or pretty impressive, depending on your perspective). But once you get a better look, you understand that the man in this photo simply moved his hand in the worst possible position while someone else was taking a panoramic photo of the beautiful mountain scenery.
It's hard to focus on the scenery when there is something so large protruding through the screen. Even if they tried to do this intentionally, it probably would not have been as successful as this.
Dogs Will Do Anything to Lick Every Last Crumb
If you didn't know any better, you might be led to believe that this dog is the product of a giraffe and a dog mating. Judging solely off the length of its neck and the dog-like features, it would be a very convincing argument. The second closest guess would be that it is the real-life version of the slinky dog in Toy Story. Only instead of an extended body, it is an extended neck.
Why would anyone try to take a panoramic photo of a man cooking on a grill? Aren't they usually reserved for beautiful and scenic locations? They had to have low expectations for the result of this photo.
We Don't Know Who to Be Offended by Here
Now this one is actually quite impressive. How was it possible, even with the prevalence of panoramic photo mishaps, to create the "floating middle finger"? It is not even connected to the woman's hand. Did she simply move her arm incredibly quickly (at the speed of light), and that is how it escaped being in the photo? Why did only the hand and the finger remain, rather than the entire arm?
Despite how creepy and disturbing this picture is, it is also extremely satisfying at the same time. It almost looks like a magic trick! And the woman's face matches perfectly, with snarky satisfaction.
Ever Play Basketball With a Human Head?
Everyone likes a good game of basketball. It's fun, fast-paced, and intriguing. This girl might have taken her love of basketball a little too far as she can be seen here trying to dribble a ball that actually looks a lot like her own head. Of course, this is just a very poorly timed photo, and no one is crazy enough to do that, but then again, that's what appears to be happening here!
That is some impressive timing on the girl's part! Think about the precision needed to make and align this image exactly as can be seen here.
The Centaur at Chichen Itza
In case you ever wanted to make yourself look like a horse, know that it is possible! This girl performed some magical trick with the lens that enabled her to make herself look like a form of a centaur (half-horse, half-human). It seems almost fitting to try to appear in a god-like form in front of an ancient temple (Chichen Itza), and whether or not it was intentional, she executed it perfectly!
Maybe she didn't even know that her picture turned out to look so strange until she got home. What a surprise it must have been to see the end result of this picture!
Talk About a Receding Hairline
Everyone fears balding. It is perhaps one of the greatest and most common fears in existence. There are countless creams and medicines and prescriptions to help prevent or reverse it and yet little helps. Once it begins, there is little that can be done to stop it. This young girl seems far too young to start balding, not to mention that it is much rarer in females than in males. It is probably safe to say that she was simply the subject of a moving panoramic photo.
Perhaps this could be better described as a receding hairline rather than balding, as she does technically have a full head of hair. Hopefully, this picture is not a glimpse into the future for this young girl.
The Double-Headed Girlfriend
Although you may be led to believe that there are three people in this photo (since there are 3 heads), there are only two. However, there are three personalities, two of them belonging to the woman and very clearly (and oppositely) portrayed. She is giving off some major Dr. Jekyll, and Mr. Hyde vibes here. One second she is the happy and loving girlfriend, and the next, she looks revolted, wanting to flee the scene as soon as possible.
If this isn't proof enough of why you should never move your head while taking a panoramic photo, perhaps nothing will be! This woman learned the lesson for the whole world.
Someone Call the Vet Cause This Dog Split in Half
Have you ever seen those magic tricks where someone saws another person in half? Well, imagine that, but in the dog version, and here you have it. Except here, the magic was performed using panoramic photography. Pretty impressive, you have to admit! And the doggo looks like he is having such a great time, running around in two happy little pieces. It seems almost like he hardly even notices a difference!
He really looks like he is prancing away happily, especially if you look at his feet. He doesn't have a care in the world even after being split into two!
The Dynamic Duo: Mr. Headless and Mr. Bodyless
Did you know that chickens can live for a few seconds even when their head is removed? It looks like this man has crossed over to the world of the chickens in this photo. His head has somehow been removed from his body and placed a little bit to the side, giving the picture a floating head look. It's hard to imagine that no photoshop was used to create this and only the panoramic camera effect.
Everyone around him looks entirely unphased despite this out-of-body experience that they were witnessing. It's quite impressive indeed!
Oh, He's Dropping It Low for Us
There's nothing to see here; only a man casually picking up a few leaves in the forest on an autumn day. Except, there is something to see. He is not just any ordinary man. He is (or has become) an enormous and strangely shaped human as a result of a strange photography technique that has spread him out and elongated him beyond recognition. He could certainly play basketball well with that height!
He almost looks like he is doing a modeling pose as he gracefully picks up the leaves. He was ready and eager for someone to take his picture.
The Definition of Falling to Pieces
If the phrase "falling to pieces" could be a picture, this would be it. What started out as an innocent diving experience was turned into a nightmare of body parts with the click of a button (on the camera). It almost looks like something directly out of the Operation board game, where you have to remove certain body parts or bones. It's rare that you see all the different pieces all strewn apart like this (and not in a serial killer sense).
This picture also looks like it could be a piece of artwork (although a slightly darker version compared to the last).
How to Become a Troll
How do you become a troll? Although very few people have ever asked this question, this mother managed to find the answer. All you have to do is smile for a selfie and then move your head at the exact time, creating this effect. It is called The Troll. She looks very similar to the well-known meme that has circulated all around the world, and imagine that it was all done unintentionally!
At least she still looks pretty happy despite turning herself into a troll. She is probably still smiling and laughing about it, even to this day.
She Has Her Eye on You
If you were this girl's friend or boyfriend, you might generally be concerned whenever she tells you, "I have my eyes on you." It would be nearly impossible to forget this image whenever she said something similar, and that is one terrifying eye to have on you! Although anyone can be caught in an unflattering picture (it is more likely than not in most cases), this is a particularly scary shot.
Maybe this is the revenge her friend is getting on her after she refused to get off her phone for the entire course of their outing.
The Worst Type of Clone
Some people are more than thrilled at the idea of being able to clone themselves and others, but if this is an example of what it would be like, it would be wise for them to reconsider! This girl looks very frustrated in every version of herself here. As a matter of fact, she shows just about every emotion in the short span of time that the camera panned across the frame.
All of her desperate attempts to flee the scene of the photo resulted in a total failure. On the contrary, she reproduced herself multiple times in the process, essentially appearing in the photo multiple times instead of none.
Can He Offer You a Hand?
Have you ever wondered what life would be like if you had an extra hand? It could come in pretty handy, to say the least (pun intended). This man may be the first to experience such a phenomenon, even if it is just during a picture. The extra hand is also so useful as it closes his coat to protect him from the wind and the cold.
This man must now know and fully understand the meaning of lending a hand. Things have been taken to such a new level when there is a third hand involved.
The Transformer in Real Life
Science fiction has come to life in this panoramic photo. This man looks like a real-life transformer as he morphs from a human to a frog to some other mystical creature. It even almost looks like his soul is leaving his body. Perhaps the most comical part of all is the straight face that he boasts during the entire process. He is going through a life change morph, and it looks like nothing can phase him.
What was probably a very normal photo of a young man sitting in nature quickly turned into a disturbing sci-fi reenactment. The man seems to be having a good time either way, so that is the most important in the end!
The Evolution of the Scooter Man
Have you ever wondered how humans evolved to be scooter driving creatures? After all, they seem quite silly when you look at them, and it doesn't really fit the quality of vehicles other similar creatures use. Well, with the help of this panoramic photo, all your questions can be answered. Here, you can see the evolution of the scooter man, and it looks like they have some dark, legless days ahead.
It's interesting how they started out as just a head and then slowly became more whole and then eventually lost their legs. They were never a normal, complete human in any of the versions.
Panorama Did Her Dirty
It is hard to deny the riveting resemblance of this woman to the cartoon known as the Hunback of Notre Dame. She was quickly transformed from being a very nice-looking woman into a troll-like monster with just the click of a finger during her breakfast time. Hopefully, she didn't have high expectations of getting a cute breakfast time photo and then ending up with this instead!
It looks like she turned around at the exact moment that someone said something completely disgusting or utterly unbelievable. The look on her face tells it all!
A Real-Life Picasso Painting
Because of the strange effect of the panoramic camera, this man was captured at a very odd moment. Although he was probably just trying to rub his head or brush his hair out of his face, it looks like he is actually ripping off his face and his skin. The disturbed and slightly confused look on his face isn't helping matters, making everyone believe even more that he is actually pulling his face off.
His facial expression and the alignment of everything are so perfect it almost looks like it is supposed to be a Picasso painting. Someone should make this photograph a piece of art!
Just a Man and His... Goat?
You could debate for hours about the identity of this creature and still be left without a convincing answer. Is it a goat? Is it a cat? Is it an alien? Or is it a hybrid of all of those things put together? Assuming it is a goat, this poor little guy looks like he has been through the wringer - literally. Hopefully, this is purely related to the skills of the photographer.
The man next to him looks so innocent, posing with his goat. Maybe neither of them suspected the photo to turn out so strangely and thought it would just be a regular, nice selfie.
New Guinness Record for Longest Finger
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have an extremely long finger? Although it could certainly be inconvenient at times, think of all the things it could do! You could open cabinets and turn off light switches without even getting up. It could make life so much simpler! This person decided to get creative with their photography and intentionally create the world's longest finger (with the help of the panoramic camera).
It seems funny that they didn't choose to make their middle finger the longest one. If they put that much effort into getting this just right, you'd think they would have done the middle finger instead of the pointer finger.
The Human Centipede Walking Down the Street
This man was walking innocently down the street, looking down at his phone, when he became the victim of terrible photography. Someone was trying to capture a nice panoramic picture of the city, but it looks like they captured something much rarer: a human centipede in action. The little utter-like dips down under, where his pants/legs would normally be, are perhaps the most shocking part of this photo and leave much to the imagination.
It almost looks like it is supposed to be a creative Halloween costume at first glance. You have to admit that it would certainly be among the most creative costumes that you have ever seen.
Is It a Dog or Ant Eater?
Welcome to part 40 of the dogs who became victims when it came to panoramic photos. This lovely white dog was transformed into an ant eater-like monster with an extended long and thin nose. His cute eyes almost look sad as he seems to have been able to see his picture, and he knows what it looks like. He has become just a shadow of his former self.
The person taking this photo must have really moved the camera in an odd direction and a strange angle to get this photo. It isn't natural for the dog to appear looking like this!
The Smooshed Car That Became a 2 Wheeler
Although most of these panoramic photos feature things being elongated, here you are presented with the rare examples of a squished item. This car went from being a normal 4-wheeler to being a smooshed 2-wheeler. In all honesty, this would be perfect in this modern world where parking and space are serious problems. This compact and tiny car could be the answer to some of the modern-day problems that plague everyone!
Although they might have to upgrade the model (there isn't much room), this idea could take off, and they could thank this weird panoramic photo for starting it all.
What Happened to the Dog?
Dogs are usually pretty cute creatures, and just about everyone loves them. After all, they are perhaps the most lovable of all creatures. They are the origin of the term "puppy dog eyes," after all. However, most people aren't used to seeing their dogs in a state similar to this one. He seems to have been transformed into a type of dog and other creature combined with a very scary face.
The funniest part is that only the face is deformed in this picture. The rest of the dog appears to be entirely normal, and only its face was affected by the photography.
The Statue of Liberty Will Be Leaving Now
Did you ever think that it would be possible to move the Statue of Liberty? It seems like such a solid statue, deep-rooted in American history and soil. Well, you never know what technology allows, and it appears that anything is possible nowadays. With the help of a panoramic camera, this photographer was able to make it look like the Statue of Liberty was in a completely different place and disconnected entirely.
If that was a real picture, it would certainly be a cool statue, if not the coolest statue in the world. Imagine if the Statue of Liberty actually looked like that.
This Cat Needs a Burger and Fries
Cats are very famous for being able to fit their flexible bodies into incredibly surprising positions and places. You never know if you'll find your cat inside of a glass jar, squished in a vent, or stuck in between some blinds. They can stretch and squeeze into almost anything. This, however, is a new extreme. It is unlikely that any cat, outside of cartoons, is able to naturally fit itself into this shape.
The cat's eyes were even deformed in this picture, making for a very disturbing and somewhat creepy gaze. He almost looks like he is crying for help, even though he is perfectly fine.
Don't Forget Your Feet
Who would have thought that panoramic photography could become so advanced (in a comical way) that people would be able to capture a photo like this one? This model minded her own business and did her catwalk in front of the crowds when someone decided to try taking a panoramic photo. What was the result? A photo where the feet arrive at the end of the catwalk before the model does it herself.
The best part of this photo is that the model is perfectly intact at the beginning of the catwalk, and yet her feet are relaxing there alone at the end of it.
The Three Headed Dog Is Standing Guard
Somewhere in a land far away, where there are streams and forests and trees, there is a dog standing watch in the water, guarding the passageways to the land of prosperity. There, you will find this three-headed dog. He looks very innocent at first glance, but then again, anything with three heads is bound to be a startling sight. However, he does appear to be pretty friendly, so maybe you shouldn't be too scared.
No matter where you go, and even if you try to hide, this dog will always be watching you. He is the definition of having eyes in the back of his head.
If Big Ben Got Drunk
What do you think Big Ben would look like if it got drunk? You may have the chance to find out if you take a peek at this picture right here. Whether the photographer was shaking a bit while capturing the photo or if some strange earthquake-like event happened, we may never know. However, we are left with the forever visual of what Big Ben would look like drunk.
Big Ben drunk is essentially a combination of Big Ben and the leaning tower of Pisa. It would make for quite the tourist attraction if it were real!
Don't Leave an Elephant and a Dog Together
You have been warned: do not leave a dog and an elephant together for too long. This may be the result! This dog looks even more like a sausage than ever before (Daschhounds are also known as sausage dogs). But instead of just being a sausage, he has transformed himself into a sausage dog elephant. It is a unique look and undoubtedly one of a kind. Hopefully, the way this picture was taken is the explanation for why it appears that the dog has no eyes at all.
He seems to be maneuvering just fine, and yet that is very difficult to understand, considering his lack of eyes on his elephant trunk face.
Introducing the Cow-Tipede
Thanks to the panoramic camera, the world has discovered a new species, and it is known as the cow-tipede. What might be thought to just be an elongated cow is actually must better suited to be a cow-tipede. After all, it was created by the modern invention of the camera, and it should be given an entirely new name worthy of the new species that it is.
It's interesting that only one of these cows was affected by the camera's movement. All of the cows in the background look perfectly normal and not elongated at all.
They Flattened the Cat
Have you ever heard of people flattening their cats? Well, apparently, it is possible to do with the panoramic feature on your phone's camera. And that is exactly what this family did (whether intentionally or unintentionally). They turned their perfectly normal cat into a square box of cuteness. Do you think the cat is cuter in this strange, boxed form, or would he be cuter in the normal, panoramic-less version?
The innocent look on the cat's face makes you think that he has no idea what is happening to him in the photography process. And he will probably never know what he looks like flattened!
The Never-Ending Cat
What started out as a simple panoramic picture of a living room somehow created the longest cat in the history of the world. The cat innocently walked through the living room, unaware that they were being photographed and even more unaware of the potential capabilities of the said photo. It is unlikely that they could ever have imagined what was being done to them behind the lens of that camera.
The funniest part is that the cat goes around in a semi-circle, making itself look even longer and sillier. Well, at least they became the longest cat in the world; that is a start!
