How to Get Pineapples Even Out of Season
Who doesn't love pineapples? They are sweet and tropical and remind you of summer and vacations. This is why we have nothing but respect for this unique hairstyle: it features buzzed sides all around with some diagonal lines and a spiky top that's dyed green. There's no confusion about what food this look was inspired by, and it's impressive, to say the least. Although we assume it requires some heavy maintenance, it's probably worth it.
Now we just have one question: is it acceptable to rock this style year-round, or only when pineapples are in season?
The Divide and Conquer
Ever heard of the divide and conquer approach? It's basically a way to solve large problems by breaking them into smaller problems and solving those smaller problems in order to then resolve the bigger issue. While we're not exactly sure how that relates to this hairstyle, it was the first thing that came to mind when we saw it. Maybe it's because the style features an intense division right on the forehead and has conquered our brains.
Although this hairstyle might seem strange to some, it does offer a pretty cool effect when you look at it!
Oreo's Marketing Officially Reached a New Level
It doesn't get much better than this when it comes to marketing. Nothing screams, "Oreos are delicious and the best cookies ever," like having someone walk around with an Oreo box styled onto the side of their head. But not only is this a genius marketing hack, but it's also an example of pure talent. In our humble opinion, whoever styled this look should probably have their own reality show.
And, obviously, the show should be sponsored by Oreo. It's only fair.
The Parachute-Inspired Hairdo
Why stick with a boring and ordinary hairstyle when you can have something unique and special that no one else in the world will have? That's the first thing that comes to mind after seeing this styled beauty. Although this parachute-like hairdo may just be the result of an interesting runway look, it would be fun to see people maintain (and rock) interesting hairstyles like this off the runway, too.
The hair's loops and curves are accentuated by the voluminous bangs, making for a very well-rounded hairstyle.
That Chameleon's Camouflage Skills Are on Point
Okay, call us silly, but for a moment there, we thought that was an actual chameleon sitting on someone's head. Okay, fine, we knew right away that this was a hairdo, but still, it's nothing less than impressive. This look is both creative and ingenious at the same time. What could have been a simple and boring mohawk (who would even think those words would go together in a sentence) quickly turned into a stunning piece of art.
It really looks so much like a real chameleon crawling around. This hairstylist probably deserves a raise.
A Look That Says "bling" but Also "humble"
There's nothing worse than getting on the bus and realizing there's no spare change in your purse. Or having to split a 10-dollar bill for something cheap and getting change in pennies. This is why we think this look below is absolutely genius. It's basically a guarantee that, no matter what, there will always be some spare change lying around. The best part? No more annoying coins in your purse.
This is as creative as it gets. But we can't help but wonder what's keeping all of those coins in place.
A Buzzin' Style That Stings
When you walk into the barber and tell him that you want a buzz cut, this is probably not the first thing that comes to your mind. But maybe it should be. This is arguably the coolest hairstyle yet, and it is truly a piece of buzzing. See what we did there? Although it might've been a one-night hairdo for Halloween or a costume party, it is pretty epic, to say the least.
The colors and the stripes are perfect - and not to mention the stinger. Overall, we rate it a 10 out of 10.
Do Blondes or Brunettes Have More Fun?
Have you ever eaten a black and white cookie? They are delicious deli cookies that have chocolate frosting on one half and white frosting on the other. Why are we discussing black and white cookies, you ask? Well, because that's what this next look reminds us of. We're guessing the hairstylist couldn't decide whether to go brunette or blonde with a new client, so they chose to go with both.
They also decided to add in some streaky blond highlights throughout the top, maybe to make it look a bit more cohesive.
Giving "hat Hair" a New Meaning
Alright, nothing could've prepared us for this next style. It's truly unlike anything we've ever seen before. This one-of-a-kind cut seems to have two purposes: a stylish hairstyle and also a hat. Honestly, we're surprised this isn't a more common look; it's so useful! With this cut, there's no worry about wearing a hat or getting too much sun while walking to work. Seems like a win-win, if you ask us.
Our only concern is that it might be difficult to get the hair to stay in that exact position. That's where good products become absolutely essential.
When Dad Says He Has Eyes in the Back of His Head
Just about everyone has wanted to have eyes in the back of their head at some point in their life. This man decided to make that reality and have an entire face in the back of his head. Although it is just a temporary haircut, it must be pretty confusing for some people if they are just quickly glancing at him. We bet he got tired of telling his children he had eyes in the back of his head and them just laughing at him. Who's laughing now?
But do you think he's ever called two-faced because of his haircut? After all, he does have two faces.
Who Says Mustaches Only Belong on Upper Lips?
Nowadays, it's pretty rare to see a stereotypical french curled mustache like we can see in old movies from the 1930s. And that's precisely what makes this do extra unique: not only does it feature a mustache-like cut on the head rather than the upper lip, but it's also perfectly curled and polished. It looks like a combination of curtain bangs and a mustache and we can't help but admire it.
We have a feeling the hipsters might be copying this trendy look sometime soon.
Messy Bun Chic
At first glance, it is not so clear where the hair here starts and where it ends. The hairline is kind of zig-zag and reminds us of the checkerboard-style, abstract do seen on the model earlier. Maybe the intention here was to have an undefinable hairstyle. If that was the case, the mission was certainly successful with this ponytail/bun combination. We call it "messy bun chic."
This is yet another style that could be displayed in a museum of modern art.
Forget Private Jets - How About a Private Helicopter?
Have you ever looked at something and worried that it might just up and fly away at any given moment? Most likely not, but here is your chance to experience a first. This hairdo is so impressive that it had to be photographed. These luscious locks were turned into a stunning helicopter that looks so real that you might be led to believe it could take off at any given moment.
If this was created for some sort of competition, we're sure it won first place. This is truly a work of art, and it leaves you wondering how it all stayed in one place.
Mullets Are All About Business in the Front, Party in the Back
Everyone should be able to appreciate a good mullet. This infamous hairstyle, which was all the rage in the 70s and 80s, seems to have made a sort of comeback in recent years. But, naturally, the classic hairdo has received some twists and upgrades from its modern-day lovers. Take the photo below as an example: the standard mullet was spiced up with a longer set of bangs and a shaved sidecut.
With the sharp bangs and the partially shaved head, this haircut is unlike any other.
That's What We Call a Strong Hairline
For short hairstyles, creating neat hairlines is especially crucial. The barber's got to know how to keep things smooth and symmetrical, or the whole cut could be ruined. This hairstylist made sure none of that happened here, and they might even double as a tattoo artist, considering this straight-edged hairline is tattooed on. That's a pretty impressive look. And while the picture below doesn't scream "happiness," we doubt it's due to the new do.
And there is definitely a lesson here for all of us: don't settle for anything less than perfect.
Anything for a Good Nap
How far would you go in order to save face while you take a nap in a place you're not supposed to? This man went so far as to design a facial-like figure on the top of his head so that when he put his head down for a nap, no one would know that it wasn't actually his face (at first glance, at least). He even put the glasses over the fake eyes for a complete look!
This is truly genius, and the funniest part is that most people will never understand the meaning of his haircut until he sits in this exact position, and then it all comes together.
One Thing's for Sure: There's No Receding Hairline Here
Men are known to try all sorts of different things with their beards. Whether they grow them out long or cut them short or create strange designs, you never know what is next. However, this man took that element of surprise to the next level. Few people probably even considered that it was possible to grow a halo of hair all around your face, connecting your beard to your head. But this man dared to try the unthinkable.
Although some might not want their barber to try this aesthetic on them, there's one thing that can't be argued: there's no receding hairline here.
Lord of the Rings With a Punk Twist
Just about any person who has ever seen the Lord of the Rings can't help but notice the resemblance between this hairstyle and Legolas. The long blond hair slicked back is the perfect replica. The hair here is a bit flatter and sharper across the top and also has some colored highlights added at the bottom. So we think it's fitting to say this is Lord of the Rings but with a punk edge.
We hope both the stylist and the client were big fans of Lord of the Rings. Otherwise, things could've gotten a bit awkward.
A Different Take on "Business in the Front, Party in the Back"
Although it is not entirely clear whether this is a wig or just a receding hairline, it is undeniable that this woman has one of the most unique looks on this list. The combination of the intense, dark eyebrows and the light blond hair that starts halfway to the back of her head is certainly not something that has been seen before. But you never know, this could become the next big trend!
Although it's hard to tell whether the sporter of this look is content with it, we're certainly taken aback by its uniqueness.
Rocking That Skunk Look
Although skunks are feared and dreaded by people all around the world, there are some people who revere them. They are awesome and beautiful creatures, and it appears that this man wanted his hair to recreate their look in an honorary manner. The barber, undoubtedly, did an incredible job accomplishing this feat, as you can see. This white and black look, combined with the awesome sideburns, is something to be appreciated.
This is definitely a unique look, but it seems like it would be difficult to walk around with this daily.
But We Thought Gravity Couldn't Be Defied
There is little more impressive than hair that sticks straight up into the air (without the help of being electrocuted). You wouldn't think it was possible, but apparently, with enough hairspray, you can do anything. Miracles happen if you put enough effort into them, and this young man was determined to make it happen. You can never know how long he was able to keep his hair in this position, though (maybe it only lasted for the photo).
This man must have some really long hair if he was able to get it to stand up that tall and straight!
The '90s Were Wild
Everyone goes through an experimental phase in life, and most people spend countless amounts of time trying out interesting and unique styles for their hair. This young man perhaps tried the most unique style of all and even chose to match his hair to his outfit. He dyed the tips of his fringe bangs green, wrapped them together into little ponytails, and hung them in front of his face like bangs.
It is really a unique concept to shave the majority of your head but then leave just a little bit in the front for bangs which you then decide to dye green.
Our Inner Child Is Freaking at This Pony-Inspired Cotton Candy Look
This hairstyle is probably the dream hairdo of countless little girls all around the world. Combine cotton candy colors with rainbows and unicorns, and you have yourself the potent little girl dream hairdo. Granted, this is so pretty that there are clearly some adults as well who are lusting over these locks of blue and pink. Those unicorns seem to be having a great time in such a beautiful head of hair!
This really is a beautiful piece of artwork when you really look at it. The combination of the colors and the braids is truly beautiful, making for a very dreamy hairstyle.
It's All About Confidence
There are plenty of people in the world who shave little parts of their eyebrow or their hairline to make it look like they got in a vicious and fierce fight, leaving them with a bad scar. This young man was perhaps trying to do the same thing but took it a little bit farther. Or maybe he wanted to shave his head but then chickened out at the last minute.
Whatever the cause was for this interesting bald spot on this man's head, he is stuck with it for a significant amount of time. There is little that can be done to help it grow back faster.
Big Fan of Ramen Noodles
There was a time when the coolest thing of all was to use as much hair gel as possible and make sure that your hair was as crunchy as noodles. It would later come to be known as the Ramen noodle hairdo. Even Justin Timberlake was not exempt from falling into these funny trends (he even helped start them), as can be seen by this picture here. As a matter of fact, he appears to be the kind of ramen noodle hairdo.
At the time, however, this was one of the coolest hairdos a person could have. It's funny to see how trends can change so quickly.
Woah, We're Half Way There
There was a time when perms were all the rage. No one wanted to even be seen outside of the house without their hair permed and curled to the fullest. One of the downsides to that (besides chemical frying your hair) was that the perms weren't cheap. As a result, some people would only perm portions of their hair to keep the cost down. That is just what this straight-haired girl decided to do on picture day.
At the time, it was better to have half of a perm than no perm at all. At least she looks like she is partially in fashion, especially if you just focus on the top of her head.
It's Called the Best of Both Worlds, Honey
Have you ever wondered what it would be like if women balded just like men? Well, here is your chance to see what a woman would look like with a middle-aged man's hairstyle. Although hers is a little more clown-like than most, it is very similar to what half the men above 50 are wearing lately. It's hard to believe that this is actually her real hairdo, but you never know!
There is a time, and a fad for everything, and maybe the bald on top, full hair on the sides look will come into style for both men and women one day.
Waves That Could Be Surfed on
Everyone loves a good wave in the hair. Wavy hair is glamourous and beautiful and sometimes very hard to achieve. However, with the help of a lot of hair gel and hairspray, this woman was able to achieve the waviest of wavy hair looks. Imagine finger curls of the 1920s but then combined with the volume of hairstyles from the 1960s, and you will be presented with this unique hairdo.
What do you think this woman was looking for when she walked into the hairdressers that day? What did she request that turned into this interesting decade-fused hairdo?
Why Settle for One Style When We Can Have Three?
Some people have dreamed their entire lives of looking like a doll. Many babies are born, and their hair looks like a little Kewpie doll. However, it is unlikely for that hairstyle to continue into adulthood, that is, except when it comes to this man. Whether he was trying to replicate the famous Kewpie doll look or if he was going for something completely different, you will never know, but it is hard to deny his resemblance to the doll.
Do you think this is the look this man was hoping for when he left the barber shop or did one of his friends cut his hair horribly while he took a nap?
Bring Back the Triceratops
There are countless boys around the world who dream of being a dragon or a dinosaur. However, there aren't many who actually make that dream a reality. This man, however, is the exception. Instead of just dreaming, he made it happen. With some hair gel and some hair dye, he managed to turn himself into a dinosaur or dragon-like creature. Hopefully, he is very happy with the end results.
Whenever he walks down the street, there must be countless little boys who look at him jealously or with excitement, dreaming of being just like him when they get older.
High-Maintenance Bangs
Who would have thought that there are multiple men in the world who would think of creating a mustache-like bang of hair on the top of their head? Apparently, there are quite a few, as you can see. This is already the second man with an interesting head of hair (mustache of hair) plopped on the top of his head. Although the desire for this look might be hard to understand, there is something quite cool about it.
It almost seems like it would be harder to take care of than just a full head of hair. Why go through all the hassle in the first place?
Describe the '80s in One Picture:
Just about everyone in the world wanted to be a lion at some point in their childhood. This young lady was lucky enough to see that dream through to fruition. Whether it was just a bad hair day or it was an intentional look called "the lion's mane," it turned out absolutely perfect. The color of her hair (golden blond) makes it even more fitting. She makes the cutest lion!
She looks very happy in this picture, and perhaps she knows that her hair turned out exactly as she was hoping for that day (which is pretty rare for picture day at school).
When the Full Moon Comes
If you have short hair, have you ever wondered what it would look like if you grew it out? Many men have been growing out their hair and tying it up in man buns or man ponytails, and perhaps that is also what this man is trying. The most interesting part of this hairstyle is not the long hair, though, but rather the sideburns that he is growing while keeping his beard short.
He looks like a character from an 1880s film after he ran through the fields or went horseback riding in the mountains. It wouldn't hurt to smile a bit in the picture to make it look a bit happier.
When the Scissor Has a Little Slip
The model here is wearing a black and white checkerboard jacket. To match that look, her hair has been cut in a similar "checkerboard" style. It is both stunning and shocking but certainly one of a kind. You can't help but appreciate the sharp look. And, let's be honest, not much would look less than good with that stylish top. We can really only think of one negative to this abstract cut.
It seems like it would be very difficult to maintain such a unique hairdo every day.
Gaga Is Giving Mr. Hat Hair Some Competition
It is truly hard to tell if this is a glamorous sunhat or if this is hair. At first glance, everyone can agree that it appears to be a sunhat, but upon further investigation, you will understand that it is actually luscious locks styled in a very unique manner. It must have taken an exorbitant amount of hairspray to keep this hairdo in place, even for a few minutes!
This is perhaps one of the most creative and interesting hairstyles we will ever see. Can you imagine being so talented that you can make someone's hair look like a full sunhat?
When Cruella De Vil Ditches the Dalmatians
Although Nicki Minaj is famous for some wild looks, this one might just take the cake. If you start from the bottom, you might be led to believe that she is trying to imitate a cheetah or a leopard. However, as you continue to the top of her head and her unique hairdo, the look transforms into something more similar to Cruella de Vil, the character from Disney's 101 Dalmatians.
Maybe this is what Cruella might've looked like had she been interested in felines rather than dogs.
Gotta Take Breaks From That Football Helmet, or Else
Whether or not this haircut was intentional or just a mistake on the end of the barber, we will never know because this football player is all smiles. But we'll be honest - we know exactly why he ended up with this haircut. The NFL player was hazed by his teammates when he joined the Dallas Cowboys in his rookie year. He looks like he knows that he can rock just about any hairstyle; it's all about confidence.
Long hair is always a bold look, but he took it to another level by shaving off the front portion of his head as well and leaving the rest long and curly.
Neymar Stays Cool on and off the Field
Why be famous for just one thing when you could be famous for two? Neymar is already very well known in the football world for his skills, but why not also be famous in the world of fashion and hairstyles? That is exactly what he chose to do, and he is now famous for his unique and shocking looks. You never know what he will do with his hair next, so always be ready to be surprised.
This is a great form of self-expression, and most people do not take full advantage of it. After all, your hair grows back, so why not do something a little fun with it?
If Picasso's Art Was a Haircut
Not all haircuts turn out perfectly. As a matter of fact, some of them turn out the exact opposite of how you would have wanted. It seems like this woman's extreme bob or bowl cut took a turn for the worst. Either someone kept cutting it too short, or one small mistake was made and then couldn't go back. Regardless, she seems to be enjoying the hairdo despite it all.
The worst part about haircuts is that once the scissors come out, there is little that can be done to fix mistakes. One snip too much, and you have to wait for months for the hair to grow back to normal.
Dare to Jump Over the Ring of Fire
This young man walked into a barber's shop and told them that he wanted "a mohawk of fire." He sat down in the chair and said nothing else as he waited for the barber to work his magic. When he looked into the mirror and saw the results, he could not have been more pleasantly surprised to see this incredible rendition of the mohawk of fire. It is truly a piece of artwork.
This man must get looks from people everywhere he goes. There is no way someone could turn a blind eye to this incredible mohawk style. It must be very difficult to maintain, however.
